Job summary

Fortice Ltd in London is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to work on Java/Spring back-end and React front-end solutions for UK Government and Public Sector clients. You will join a customer-facing consultancy, collaborating directly with stakeholders to understand problems and deliver robust, secure software.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a competitive salary and generous bonus. Applicants must be based in the UK and hold active UK Security Clearance (SC).

Full Stack Software Engineer – Java / React / AWS

London | Hybrid – 3 days onsite

SC CLEARED | SOLE BRITISH NATIONALS

I’m working with a growing technology consultancy delivering complex, meaningful projects directly with UK Government and Public Sector customers.

They’re looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers who enjoy being close to the customer, understanding the problem and having real ownership over the solutions they build. This is a customer-facing role, so previous consultancy experience would be advantageous.

You’ll be working across:

• Java / Spring / Spring Boot


• APIs and microservices


• CI/CD, testing and modern engineering practices

London-based hybrid working, typically 3 days onsite / 2 from home. Competitive salary + generous bonus. Experience working within security-cleared environments is relevant.

Due to the nature of the projects this role will support, applicants must:

• Be currently based in the UK


• Currently hold active UK Security Clearance (SC)
