Job summary

OJ Digital is seeking exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join our growing London engineering team. This high-ownership role involves working directly with customers, turning real-world problems into software, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions across AI, data and product areas.

You will ship production software with a strong emphasis on frontend and backend development, collaborating closely with stakeholders and taking ownership as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping production software within a high-quality startup environment.
• Strong full‑stack capability across frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in Python alongside modern frontend technologies (TypeScript/React).
• Evidence of building products or systems from the ground up.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate effectively with ambiguity.
• Strong academic or technical foundations.

They're looking for exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join their growing London engineering team.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do far more than work through a backlog. You'll work directly with customers, understand how complex operations actually work, turn messy real-world problems into software, and build solutions end to end.

What We're Looking For

• Able to work from the Shoreditch office five days per week
