Job Description:

We're seeking an exceptional developer to join our core product team, building privacy-first knowledge worker tools. You'll manage your time between groundbreaking product development and assisting in maintaining our existing enterprise solutions.

Core Requirements:

• Strong full-stack development capabilities, preferably design and UX weighted
• Frontend development with demonstrable UI/UX portfolio
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail
• Quick learner with demonstrable ability to master new technologies
• Self-motivated and ambitious with strong communication skills
• Pragmatically values clean, maintainable code

Primary Responsibilities (70%):

• Implementing core features using FastAPI, JS, HTMX
• Architecting and implementing core features
• Building secure, cross-platform applications with Tauri
• Frontend development skills in Tailwind/Bootstrap
• Designing and implementing privacy-first ML integrations

Secondary Responsibilities (30%):

• Maintaining PHP/jQuery applications
• Documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing

Technical Experience:

• Strong foundation in web development and secure best practices
• Understanding of collaborative modern development practices
• Interest in AI/ML technologies
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD practices
• Bonus: Extensive experience in Python, JS, Rust, or ML

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent postgrad or experienced developer
• Built meaningful side projects/shipped production applications independently
• Previous work with startups/internships/small companies
