The Role

• Develop and enhance features for our next-generation real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software.
• Maintain and improve existing internal and production software products.
• Collaborate within a highly agile environment, participating in daily prioritization and organization.
• Review code contributions from team members, provide feedback, and share knowledge.
• Work with technical colleagues at major broadcasters on business-critical live broadcasts.
• Experience with a modern front-end framework, ideally React.js.
• Proficiency with source control and collaboration using Git.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK. The role can be based in Bracknell or Leeds, or hybrid.

Desirable Skills (not essential)

• Experience in UX design.
• Rust programming language.
• Interest in real-time media transport.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as UDP, RTP, Multicast, and Unicast.
• Experience with AngularJS.
• Adaptability to new techniques and languages.
