The Role

1. Develop and enhance features for our next-generation real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software.
2. Maintain and improve existing internal and production software products.
3. Work within a collaborative, highly agile environment, participating in daily team prioritization and organization.
4. Review code contributions from team members, provide feedback, and share knowledge within an Agile framework.
5. Collaborate with technical colleagues on critical live broadcasts for major broadcasters.
6. Experience with a modern front-end framework, ideally React.js.
7. Proficiency with source control and collaboration through Git.
8. Working knowledge of Linux.
9. Eligibility to live and work in the UK; role can be office-based in Bracknell or Leeds, or hybrid.

Desirable but not essential:

1. Experience in UX design.
2. Rust programming language.
3. Interest in real-time media transport.
4. Knowledge of networking, UDP, RTP, Multicast, and Unicast.
5. Experience with AngularJS.
6. Adaptability to new techniques and languages.
