Job summary

LaraBench in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join its in-house technology team in Borehamwood. You will own features from development through deployment on core business platforms and reporting applications using a Laravel backend and Vue frontend.

The role focuses on delivering customer and partner journeys, dashboards, automated tests, and integration with third-party APIs, while maintaining code quality and production safety.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PHP and Laravel 8+, with Eloquent, migrations, queues, events and Blade.
• Strong Vue 3 experience with SFCs and Composition/Options API.
• Solid MySQL knowledge including complex queries and indexing.
• Experience consuming and debugging REST APIs and webhooks.
• Proficient with Git and code reviews; careful with live production data.
• Take a thorough verify-before-you-ship approach to development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new features, enhancements and fixes across core business workflows and dashboards.
• Develop new reporting dashboards within the Vue reporting application from data to charts.
• Build and maintain queue jobs, background reporting processes and PDF/Excel generation.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and webhooks; manage data flows.
• Improve front-end build and automate tests as the platform evolves.
• Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle with stakeholders.
