We are one of the world's top algorithmic trading firms, seeking an experienced full stack developer to architect and enhance our global web-based systems using Python and React.

Working closely with teams across the firm — including Algo, Business Development, Middle Office, and Trading Tech — your code will influence business logic, create user-friendly interfaces, and improve our web infrastructure. Your responsibilities include understanding end-user requirements, developing full-stack applications, expanding existing infrastructure, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, with strong Python skills
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript experience with modern web frameworks (preferably React)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
