Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in AWS, NodeJS, NextJS, and TypeScript, leveraging AI to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience delivering robust, scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and data teams to build and maintain the next generation of Brego’s technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain web applications using NextJS, TypeScript, and Node in a fast-paced environment.
• Build new features, enhance existing systems, and ensure seamless user experiences across our platforms and API.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, testable code and follow best practices in software engineering, including automated testing and continuous integration.
• Work with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and data analytics—to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimise application performance and system reliability to provide the best possible user experience.
• Follow industry standards for data protection and ensure code meets high security standards.
• Live and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack web development with AWS, NextJS, TypeScript, and Node.
• Experience in SaaS applications with enterprise features (such as SSO) is desired.
• Solid understanding of React-based frameworks (NextJS preferred) and modern front-end development patterns.
• Proven track record of building APIs, server-side logic, and working with AWS.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience in the automotive or finance industry is a nice to have but not required.
