  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements across the business.
  • Build and maintain serverless functions and microservices (e.g., AWS Lambda or equivalent).
  • Ensure integrations are robust, well-tested, and scalable as the business grows.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data infrastructure.
  • Work with databases and data platforms such as MongoDB, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
  • Design efficient data models and optimise queries for performance and reliability.
  • Support the integration of operational data into analytics platforms for business insights.
Frontend & Platform Support (Advantageous)
  • Support front-end development when required, including working with Shopify themes and templates.
  • Implement updates across product, collection, and landing pages when necessary.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into engaging digital experiences.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces across devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with tech, design, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver reliable systems and features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Support testing and deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay up to date with relevant backend technologies, data platforms, and architectural best practices.
More About You
