  • Lead in an agile environment: identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions.
  • Maintain high code quality and documentation.
  • Work with the IT service manager to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Support ongoing development and productionisation of the .NET solution.

Job description

Role/Job title: Full Stack Engineer

Work Location

UK - Sheffield - 3 days from office

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
  • Familiarity with .NET, including .NET 6 onwards
  • Solid experience with relational databases
  • Familiarity with MVC and WebAPI
  • Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, including GIT
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
  • Familiar with various design and software architectural patterns
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
  • Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with continuous integration
The Role

Working within a matrix management framework, this key role within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Workforce Management Services will lead the development of a new product.

CompAss is a central catalogue of information, guiding consumers to repositories, systems, or processes, connecting fragmented silos of regional and service line "people"-related information, and wrapping local or CTO information within it.
