Our client is a small family-run adtech start-up, aimed at promoting discounts and offers to those who need them most: people with registered disabilities. This is an adtech company that wants to give back to the community.

About The Role
We are looking for a mid-level agile Full Stack Developer to join our client's growing team. Working on both frontend and backend development, you will help maintain and improve the website, platform, and mobile app for a great user experience for the disabled community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build, maintain, and optimise high-performance, responsive user interfaces using Next.js
2. Develop scalable, efficient backend systems with Golang
3. Maintain the mobile application using React
4. Collaborate closely with the product, design, and marketing teams
5. Maintenance & optimisation of the platform for great user experience
6. Ensure best development and deployment practices
7. Troubleshooting & support of issues as they arise

About You
You will have several years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on frontend, and be comfortable working as a self-starter as part of a small team in a start-up environment.

Key Skills:

1. Experienced in Next.js frontend development
2. Experienced in React for mobile application development
3. Familiarity with Golang (Go) backend development, or a strong desire to learn
4. AWS and/or GCP cloud environments
5. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or similar web technologies
6. Github and version control in an Agile, CI/CD development and automated testing environment
7. CI/CD
8. PostgreSQL and/or MySQL is highly advantageous
9. Docker and containerization is an added bonus, not essential
10. Understanding of Monorepos

This role is fully remote from within the UK and offers a salary of up to 50k per annum, 25 days annual leave, and a real opportunity to learn and grow.
