Senior Full-Stack Developer | Up to £80k | Hybrid (London + Remote)

Pinkworm Recruitment is proud to be supporting a fast-scaling, innovative tech company building something genuinely impactful a smart platform that uses automation and machine learning to solve one of the biggest data headaches businesses face today.

They’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s confident working across the stack, from building intuitive front-end interfaces to designing secure, scalable back-end services and cloud-based infrastructure.

This is a hybrid remote role (offices in London), offering up to £80,000 per annum. You’ll be joining a tight-knit engineering team in a business that’s well-backed, aggressively growing, and ready to take their platform to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building robust, secure APIs using Python (Flask/FastAPI)
• Designing and scaling cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Creating beautiful, fast interfaces with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Working closely with ML, product, and design teams
• Mentoring others and helping shape engineering direction
• Writing clean, testable, production-ready code
• Troubleshooting with modern tools (e.g. Sentry, Datadog)

What They’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in full-stack engineering roles
• Solid React/Next.js front-end skills (TypeScript is a plus)
• Good knowledge of DevOps and AWS tools (Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.)
• Understanding of API performance, testing, and modern security practices
• Comfortable working in a high-speed, agile environment
• A proactive mindset and the ability to lead when needed
• Up to £80,000 salary package
• Hybrid remote – flexible working with London office base
