Full Stack Developer

Duties and Responsibilities - Your Role

  1. Experienced with hands-on full stack development in progressive stacks, such as C#, React, Redux, ASP .NET, Typescript
  2. Understanding of RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL alternatives
  3. Knowledge applying a test-driven CI/CD framework and culture at a team level
  4. Knowledge with AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambda

Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills:

Education & experience:

  1. Degree in computer science or numerate discipline, or equivalent background
  2. 2-3 years of experience working on distributed C#, ASP .NET
  3. Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, refactoring debugging, agile software development methodology, and industry best practices
  4. Excellent design and problem-solving skills
  5. Experience providing architectural guidance and mentoring others
  6. Motivation to acquire/increase knowledge of the financial sector is essential
  7. An understanding of derivatives is a plus
  8. Self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and develop
  9. Open-minded, flexible, and willing to adapt to changing situations

Nice to have:

  1. Financial services or data feeds experience
  2. Multithreading and performance
  3. Distributed applications
