Vincere is recruiting a Full Stack Developer to join an established UK-based business. You’ll work on its bespoke CRM, maintaining and enhancing the system while adding features across front-end and back-end.

The role supports API connectivity, data workflows, and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, with a focus on scalable, reliable software in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining CRM systems, bespoke or in-house.
• Strong PHP experience.
• Experience with Laravel 12–13 and Vue 3.
• Good knowledge of MySQL or MariaDB.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Confidence using Git, HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Full Stack Developer – PHP / Laravel / Vue

Talented People are hiring on behalf of their client who are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join them on a permanent basis as they enhance their internal tech team.

Location: Remote within the UK with occasional travel to their new West Sussex office - no more than once a month unless you live closer you may want to go in more often but this is up to you
Salary: £40,000+ depending on experience and negotiable
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non technical colleagues.

Highly advantageous experience:

• Knowledge of OAuth and API authentication, such as Laravel Passport.
• Linux systems administration experience.
• Confidence using Claude or similar AI coding tools while independently understanding, writing and reviewing code.
