Our innovative and dynamic client is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
2. Collaborate with Product and UI teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions.
3. Enhance application scalability, security, and efficiency to support growth.
4. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve full-stack issues to ensure seamless functionality.
5. Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code aligned with industry best practices.
6. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
7. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative development culture.
8. Continuously refine system architecture to meet evolving business needs and improve efficiency.

Experience, Skills, and Traits:

1. Frontend Experience: Minimum 2 years with Next.js, 4.5 years with React.js, and 1 year with Tailwind CSS.
2. Backend Expertise: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
3. Startup Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and innovation.
4. Cloud Knowledge: Experience working with Azure or other cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
5. Scalability & Performance: Experience optimizing and scaling tech infrastructure to support business growth.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across the full stack.
7. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with Product, UI, and development teams to implement technical solutions.
8. Emerging Tech Awareness: Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Prompt Engineering is a plus.
