Job summary

LA International is recruiting a Full Stack Developer to support a major Public Sector technology programme in London. You will design and deliver cloud-native solutions using Azure, Vue.js and C#/.NET across the full development lifecycle.

The role requires strong Azure experience, REST API design, and frontend work with Vue.js/TypeScript. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and product teams in a regulated, healthcare-focused environment.

Job title: Full Stack Developer - Azure Cloud

Contract: 12 months

Location: London - Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support a major Public Sector technology programme based in London.

The successful candidate will work across the full application-development lifecycle, designing and delivering modern cloud-native solutions using Azure, Vue.js, C#/.NET and modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications within Microsoft Azure.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault and Azure Monitor.
• Design and build enterprise backend services using C# and .NET 10.
• Develop and integrate secure, scalable REST APIs.
• Build modern frontend applications using Vue.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and cloud services.
• Apply cloud-native design principles across application architecture and development.
• Support application monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Use AI development agents and tooling as part of the day-to-day software-development workflow.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, product teams and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop solutions that support complex healthcare workflows and interoperability requirements.
• Ensure software is delivered in accordance with relevant regulatory, security and quality standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer / Application Developer.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including:
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure App Services
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Azure Monitor
  • Cloud-native application design
• Strong development experience with C# and .NET 10.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Enterprise backend engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development experience using Vue.js.
• Frontend development experience using TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience developing modern, accessible user interfaces and reusable frontend components.
• Confident and experienced use of AI development agents and tools within the software-development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability patterns.
• Experience delivering software within complex or regulated environments.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience within regulated healthcare or medical-device software environments.
• Knowledge of standards including:
  • ISO 13485
  • ISO 14971
  • IEC 62304
• Experience integrating with healthcare APIs and interoperability services.
• Experience delivering applications within large-scale Public Sector environments.
• Strong understanding of security, monitoring and operational support within Azure.
