Oscar is seeking a skilled software engineer in Birmingham to work across a range of greenfield projects. You will collaborate closely with QA, Product Owners, the Development Manager, and the Technical Architect to dive deep into complex development tasks and leverage AI tools to move the business forward.

The role involves contributing to a wide web development product suite with a hybrid working setup, additional benefits, and ongoing opportunities to refine your craft.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# .NET Core and Angular.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful Web APIs.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of greenfield projects.
