Job description

A Health Tech company based on the outskirts of central Bath is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join them. They're award-winning, with a vision to improve the health and wellbeing of people all around the world. It's a PHP-leaning role, so if this suits your skills and experience, then this could be a great move for 2025.

The skills we’re looking for
  • Commercial experience using PHP & MVC (ideally Slim).
  • JavaScript with React or Vue.
  • High level knowledge of software design principles.
  • Product development experience.
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience of pair programming and peer code reviews.
Bonus points for
  • Test Automation.
  • Previous work in the health sector.
What you’ll be doing

Being part of their large Dev team, you’ll work closely with Product Owners and Account Managers on deliverables. You can expect pair programming in an Agile environment, sprints, liaising with their Ops team to make sure their apps are stable and running well, white-boarding and architecting as a team. You’ll lead by example and get involved with mentoring others and developing skills across the team too.
