Your Team

Our team specializes in Avaloq's Web & Mobile Banking solutions, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modules for our European clients. We follow agile methodologies, leveraging our Avaloq Core Platform to tailor products to market needs.

Key responsibilities

As a vital team member, you will develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular and related technologies. Your duties include:

• Developing and maintaining scalable front-end applications with Angular
• Collaborating with back-end developers for integration
• Implementing responsive designs across devices and browsers
• Writing clean, efficient, and documented code following best practices
• Participating in code reviews and process improvements
• Optimizing application performance
• Staying updated with front-end trends and technologies
• Debugging and troubleshooting existing applications
• Working with UX/UI designers for intuitive interfaces
• Contributing to planning and sprint estimation

Qualifications

• Proven front-end development experience, especially with Angular, NgRx, and RxJS
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs
• Experience with Java, Hibernate, JPA, ORM, microservices, object-oriented and functional programming, and responsive design
• Knowledge of version control (Git, Bitbucket) and web performance optimization

Preferred extras

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
• Additional European language skills, especially German
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Cypress
• Familiarity with Openshift, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Oracle Cloud
