Mandatory: Proven experience in full-site commissioning of large-scale energy projects (preferably 10MW+), including synchronization with the grid and utility compliance.
Deep understanding of BESS architecture including PCS, BMS, EMS, HVAC, fire suppression, and control systems.
Familiarity with applicable international and local standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC) for energy storage systems.
Hands-on experience with system-level testing: HIL, FAT, SAT, functional testing, safety interlocks, and performance validation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites during commissioning phases.
