  • Completion of competency checks and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare nutritious meals while taking into account dietary restrictions
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Document and report any changes in client's conditions to the health care team
  • Assist with mobility, including helping clients to walk or use assistive devices
  • Participate in the development and regular review of individual care plans
