Job summary

Moonpig Group is seeking three Software Engineers to join our Fulfilment Engineering team in Manchester, UK. You’ll build reliable, scalable software that turns our customers’ personalised cards and gifts into real moments of joy, working where technology meets the physical world.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, product teams, business stakeholders and factory colleagues to understand challenges, deliver improvements, and shape our Fulfilment technology platform while growing your engineering

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining software in a professional engineering environment.
• Strong coding practices with focus on testing, reliability and maintainability.
• Ability to break down complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Understanding of how software delivery, team collaboration and business outcomes connect.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and maintain reliable, scalable software for order fulfilment, production and dispatch.
• Collaborate with engineers, product colleagues, business stakeholders and factory teams to deliver improvements.
• Understand user and operational needs, shape solutions and deliver value in small steps.
• Plan, track and deliver work using agile methods.
• Contribute to technical design and balance quality, resilience and delivery.
• Write clear, well-tested code and improve service reliability.
• Improve engineering practices, team delivery and processes.
• Learn from colleagues across Fulfilment and the wider engineering team.
