A leading online pharmacy is seeking a Fulfilment Manager to oversee the operation in Leeds. You'll manage a large team, ensuring efficient fulfillment processes while maintaining quality and compliance. Working hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 to 16:30, with the expectation to support a 24 hoursite, may also include weekend work

The Fulfilment team is made up of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Dispensary Assistants and Pharmacy Facility Operatives and the team currently process in excess of 100,000 items a week.
We are looking for a Fulfilment Manager who will be responsible for the day to day running of the 24 Hr operation in a safe and efficient manner. You will directly manage the team of Shift Managers, Systems Manager and the all other support roles. You need to be ready to work in a fast paced and ever-changing fulfilment environment, to manage large teams and keep calm under pressure. As with any growing company, problems are only opportunities to improve, so a positive attitude towards problems and a constant focus on finding solutions is key to be successful in this role.
