The Team

Join our ProService Marketplace Fulfilment team, which is at the heart of connecting customers with trusted suppliers. This role offers in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, building close relationships across our operations network to ensure timely and budget-conscious deliveries. Initially, you will be on-site at our Trafford Park office for training and induction, after which you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with two days from home. Our working hours are between 9am and 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Your Impact

You will be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless service that directly contributes to customer satisfaction and operational success.

A Typical Day
  1. Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting logistics queries.
  2. Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process.
  3. Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries.
  4. Prioritising preferred suppliers in line with contracts to maintain positive margins.
  5. Negotiating with suppliers to optimise contract costs.
  6. Educating customers about our diverse divisions to enhance service value.
  7. Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including job completion rates and margins.
