Your Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch both D2C and B2B orders daily using our fulfilment software.
• Maintain an organised warehouse and track inventory as required.
• Help with incoming stock deliveries.
• Assist in the finishing process by adding audio to book blocks (training will be provided).
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Publishing Associate to manage replacement orders, returns and new product launches.
• As part of a startup, flexibility is key—you may need to take on additional tasks to support the team if the role is extended beyond the Christmas period.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: Basic but confident IT skills
• Essential: Ability to lift and move heavy or bulky items.
• Essential: Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are packed and labelled accurately.
• Essential: Highly organised, with the ability to manage high order volumes, deliveries, and book-finishing to tight deadlines.
• Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Essential: Fluent in English.
• Desirable: Experience using fulfilment or inventory management software (Zoho Inventory experience is a plus).
• Desirable: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Sendcloud, or other fulfilment tools.
• Desirable: A passion for books, audiobooks, or literacy.
• Desirable: Familiarity with audio technology or production tools.
• Desirable: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment operations.
