Working as Fulfilment Analyst, you will manage the sales order and the returns processes to ensure that materials get to the right places on time. With a customer first approach, assist with stakeholder’s queries and maintain strong relationships with logistic partners and colleagues. As a Fulfilment Analyst, you will be self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy.

The must haves

• Create sales orders on our SAP Oracle ERP system
• Maintain and manage the sales order lifecycle, including general housekeeping of orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our logistic partners and stakeholders
• Update the ERP system to ensure shipping dates align with build plans
• Handle queries from our internal customers relating to their orders e.g. estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and escalation routes.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications Excel and Outlook
• Preferred knowledge/ experience of Supply Chain
• Preferred experience in data entry
