Job summary

HelloFresh in Derby, UK is seeking a WMS Support Analyst to maintain Infios (Körber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage and Dematic Matflo deployments across our sites. You will help optimize workflows, provide user support, and build operational reports with global teams.

Job description

Salary: £72,500 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supporting a WMS in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment; experience with Infios (Körber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage or DAI/Dematic WMS (Matflo) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, data gathering, and custom report creation.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
• Strong operational and technical aptitude, with the ability to analyze and improve workflows.
• A collaborative, hands‑on approach and comfort working across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain accuracy, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to adjust working hours for 24/7 operations across time zones, participate in paid off‑hours on‑call rotations, and travel as needed for projects or team collaboration.
• Independent right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the WMS applications for assigned facilities, acting as a super user and providing first‑level technical and functional support to warehouse end users.
• Manage system configuration in line with direction from operations teams.
• Facilitate end‑user training and assist with system standard operating procedure documentation.
• Oversee application user menu profiles and security setup based on operational roles.
• Participate in requirements definition and technical design for product enhancements, working with vendors or consulting partners.
• Coordinate and carry out quality control, integration, and user acceptance testing with colleagues in other geographies.
• Troubleshoot WMS integrations with other platforms and coordinate related changes with global WMS technology colleagues.
• Represent the Global WMS Technology team in cross‑functional initiatives, collaborating with operations, automation, procurement, and enterprise technology colleagues.
• Use global WMS technology reporting tools and create reports that improve operational visibility and performance.
• Help maintain deployment, support, and service coordination for hardware such as RF scanners, tablets, and workstations.
• Coordinate with a regional infrastructure manager to support local network services as needed.
• Support the ongoing implementation and maintenance of our strategic Infios (Körber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage platform and sustain the legacy Dematic Matflo application until its deprecation and transition.
