Job summary

Amazon's delivery station team is looking for reliable, physically fit associates to be part of the last-mile process. In this fast-paced role you’ll load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries, and help prepare orders for drivers.

Typical shifts include early morning to night with flexible hours. You’ll use scanners and handheld devices, stand and walk long periods, and work in temperature-controlled spaces while keeping safety first.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Understand and follow instructions in English.
• Lift up to 23 kg.
• Lift up to 38 kg with Tilt-Push-Slide.
• Lift up to 120 kg with a sack truck.
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable).
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles.
• You may be required to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol, pork, beef and other animal products.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare packages for delivery.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages.
