Qualifications

  • Previous experience would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
  • Full UK driving license (Manual, 6 points or less).
  • Ability to pass fit for a PCV pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas of the workshop are clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Clean vehicles to comply with standards and maintain records.
  • Refuel vehicle fleet for the next day's service.
  • Ensure fuelling area is clean and hazards are removed.
  • Carry out daily sweep and mop with occasional deep cleans.
  • Comply with health & safety and company policies.

The role will involve:

  • Ensuring that all areas of the workshop are clean, tidy and organised.
  • Clean vehicles to comply with Arriva standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly.
  • Refuel vehicle fleet in readiness for the next day's service.
  • Ensure the fuelling area is clean and hazards are removed prior to work.
  • Carry out daily sweep and mop with deep interior cleans occasionally.
  • Fully understand and comply with all company and statutory health & safety and working practices, as well as all company policies and procedures.
