The Job

1. Taking responsibility for some key day to day processes in line with company guidelines and assisting in the efficient operations of the Fuels depot, whilst following all operational procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
2. Daily loading of the vehicle at the company depots, covering periods of high demand, sickness and holidays across our business. ADR Class 3 Tanks required.
3. Multi drop work delivering lubricant.
4. Multi drop tanker work delivering kerosene, road diesel and gas oil to both domestic and commercial customers.
5. Follow all Health and Safety procedures, including basic vehicle maintenance, daily vehicle checks, driver risk assessment reporting, HGV compliance and tachograph regulations.
6. Continuously promotes our Health and Safety culture.
7. Actively supports teamwork to ensure targets and tasks are completed.
8. Provide friendly and professional engagement with customers, looking for customer service opportunities to go the extra mile.
9. Attend training and development meetings, including monthly H&S and toolbox talk meetings.
10. Promotes the business brand whilst always working towards required standards.
11. To adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.
12. Any other task associated with the efficient technical support of a Workshop.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualities

• Previous experience of Fuel tanker driver and delivery of fuel.
• HGV Category C license.
• ADR including Class 3 in tanks.

• I.T Literate, with previous I.T system knowledge.
• Strong, professional communication skills.
• Willingness for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well within a team and as an individual.
