Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Tanker Driver to deliver fuel products safely and professionally to customers across the UK. You will operate tanker and depot equipment, perform daily checks, load/discharge products, verify delivery details and maintain a high standard of customer service while upholding Safety F1rst principles.

Essential qualifications include ADR, Class C/C+E where applicable, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, with PDP preferred.

Qualifications

• ADR qualification is essential.
• Class C or Class C+E licence as applicable.
• CPC (Driver CPC) is essential.
• Digital Tachograph Card is mandatory.
• PDP preferred.
• Previous tanker/fuel industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tanker and depot equipment in line with procedures and legislation.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness before setting off.
• Load and discharge products safely, checking tickets against grade and volume.
• Verify customer details, delivery location and required volume before each delivery.
• Report spills, contamination or safety issues immediately via proper channels.
• Provide a first-class customer experience with courteous, professional interaction.
• Attend safety meetings and contribute to the Safety F1rst culture.
