Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager (Fuel Delivery) to lead commercial sales contracts for fuel manufacturing and delivery. The role involves customer-facing contract performance, collaboration with internal stakeholders and support from a Contract Administrator.

The position is hybrid with two on-site days per week at the Springfield Fuel site, including international travel when required. Reports to the Head of Fuel Delivery and Contract Management.

Qualifications

• Financial acumen with forecasting, budgeting and pricing.
• Knowledge of import/export regimes and logistics.
• Experience interfacing with customers on commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Represent the contractual lead and manage customer relationships to support contract delivery.
• Lead customer meetings, visits and audits to achieve outcomes.
• Deliver contracts and all deliverables.
• Balance customer needs with Westinghouse capabilities and commercial interests.
• Lead VOC surveys and manage action closeouts from feedback.
• Review delivery schedules and shipment details following lead times.
• Manage contract demand, income, invoicing, cash collection and business planning with the Customer Account Manager and Director.
• Own contract risk, mitigation and escalation.
• Lead change management and closeout with partners.
• Coordinate interfaces with production, quality, transport, finance and related Westinghouse departments.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within contracts/customers.
• Lead new opportunities through Stage Gate with Commercial Integration/Account Managers.
• Lead department pillars (e.g., SQCDP) and generic deliverables (Export Licence Control, Demand, Procedural Adherence).
• Contribute to department metrics with safety shares and process confirmations.
• Complete required training and act as a subject matter expert to raise standards.
