Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a Civils Project Co-ordinator to support FTTH civil engineering projects across telecoms and utilities in Glasgow. You will coordinate project information, permits, programmes and site requirements, working with project and site teams, civil gangs, fibre teams, subcontractors and clients.

This is not a Project Manager role; it suits someone with hands-on industry knowledge looking to develop project coordination skills while ensuring

Qualifications

Previous experience in civils, telecoms, FTTH or utilities environments.
Strong understanding of civils works, telecoms infrastructure and reinstatement.
Experience with coordinating with site teams, subcontractors or other operational teams.
Good IT skills, especially MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Coordinate FTTH civils projects from survey through to close-out.
Maintain project trackers, programmes, logs and registers.
Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and clients.
Coordinate streetworks permits, notices, traffic management, drawings and risk assessments.
Monitor milestones, update progress and escalate delays or constraints.
Support procurement and resource coordination (materials, plant, deliveries).
Manage project documentation for HSEQ compliance.
Ensure accurate distribution and filing of documents.
