Job Description:

Our client is a FTSE 50 business with one of the leading in-house tax teams searching for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the London business.

As a Corporate Tax Specialist, you will work in an immediate team of 4 tax professionals to undertake a broad range of direct tax matters. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the preparation of the UK corporate tax returns for the UK entities.
  • Assist with the implementation of tax technology and software for compliance processes.
  • Year-end process and preparation of the tax disclosures for the group consolidated accounts under IFRS.
  • Budget and quarterly forecasting.
  • Collaborate on projects with other tax and finance teams.
  • Provide tax advice on M&A projects.

Ideally, you are ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified with experience in UK corporate tax matters and some tax accounting exposure. Large client exposure and/or in-house experience will be advantageous but not essential. Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are key.

This role is offering £65,-£75, depending on experience, matched pension contribution up to 10%, private medical, and a host of benefits. The tax team follow a 3-day hybrid working pattern.
