Join the exciting launch of a new Pop-Up Store in Bicester Village, with plans to become permanent in 2026. We're hiring a number of Sales Associates with 1+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion (WRTW/MRTW).

The Sales Associates will confidently drive sales through seamless customer service, in depth product knowledge and excellent client relationship building skills. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor and Management Team, the Sales Associates will focus on styling and link selling and will provide a positive environment for clients.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Supervisor
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Meets personal and store sales goals.
  • Creating a positive and encouraging environment for clients
  • Delivering knowledge on clienteling and CRM functions
  • Focus on delivering the ultimate client experience and building rapport with clients
  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
  • Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
  • Maintaining the presentation of the shop floor, ensuring all items are neatly presented
  • Assisting with deliveries, replenishment and visual merchandising.

Ideal candidate:

  • 1yrs + experience within a fashion premium/luxury environment
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Men's & Women's fashion
  • Dynamic interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude to clients and colleagues
  • On trend - Smart /casual and well-groomed in appearance.
  • Sales driven and determined to succeed
  • Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Additional to the basic salary is: 1% commission on every sale, 2% commission once the store hits target, Bonus, clothing allowance, 28 days holiday and private health care.
