An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a Children’s Home for a year. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to run a Children’s Home for 12 months. This role is for an established home with a ‘Good’ Ofsted regulation, ensuring high standards of service delivery. In line with the company ethos, the Registered Manager will focus on quality, service excellence, business development, and driving commercial success.

This position requires a Children’s Home Manager or Deputy Manager with proven Ofsted experience and team leadership skills. The service has a full team but needs a strong leader to continue implementing recent changes.
