Working hours: Rotational hours, 3 days 10am - 6pm and 2 days 2pm - 10pm (flexibility available), 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Who are we?

We are Kraft Heinz Worcester - home of Lea & Perrins, the iconic Worcester Sauce and in production since 1837! You'll be joining a dynamic FMCG environment focused on Food Safety & Quality at our Worcester site.

Role

This role involves ensuring food safety and quality across the site as part of the FSQ team. Responsibilities include sampling, testing, auditing, and maintaining raw material and finished product quality, as well as managing documentation and compliance activities.

  • Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, water, packaging, and finished products.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and hygiene standards.
  • Review and complete production quality paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform chemical and physical analysis for product release.
  • Supervise product assessment panels and record results.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to product quality and complaints.
  • Segregate and investigate non-conforming products.
  • Maintain and develop quality systems and conduct audits.
  • Participate in meetings, support third-party audits, and assist with training and process improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Training provided; Food Safety and HACCP knowledge beneficial.
  • Background in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and IT skills, including MS Office.
