Job Description

As a FS Regulatory Solicitor you will;

• Provide expert advice on financial services regulation matters
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Work collaboratively with the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance
• Stay updated with changes in financial services regulation
• Develop and implement strategies to manage regulatory risks
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulations
• Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory matters
• Prepare reports on regulatory activities for senior management

The Successful Applicant

The successful FS Regulatory Solicitor should have:

• A Practising Certificate in England & Wales
• A thorough understanding of financial services regulation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
