As a Senior FS Reg Knowledge Lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to the firm’s lawyers, providing expert guidance on complex regulatory issues, developing high-quality precedents and materials, and delivering impactful training to colleagues and clients. The role offers a rare blend of technical work, thought leadership, business development support, and the chance to influence firm-wide knowledge strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise lawyers on legal, structuring, and regulatory issues and support complex research queries.
• Draft, maintain, and enhance precedents, practice notes, training materials, and client publications.
• Design and deliver engaging legal training sessions, webinars, podcasts, and client events.
• Contribute to key business development projects and support client relationship initiatives.
• Lead knowledge management projects, developing systems for capturing and sharing know-how.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, nurturing their professional growth and skills.
