About the firm

An international law firm with a global reach, notably with offices across Canada, the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Servicing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging entrepreneurs, are recruiting for a FS Reg Lawyer 6 – 9+ PQE to join their London office.

About the Role

You will join the firm’s, Financial Services team advising on a broad range of complex and evolving financial services regulatory issues (both contentious and non-contentious). You will work cross-functionally on structuring, launching, and administering financial services products in the UK and EU. Guiding clients on regulatory approaches to innovative financial services and products, including blockchain, cryptoasset services, and AI deployment.

About you:

You will be an England & Wales qualified lawyer, with at least 6 - 9+ PQE, with a solid understanding of advising a broad range of complex and evolving financial services regulatory issues

• You will join one of the country’s leading FS Reg practices, where you will be part of a strong national and international team.
