We currently have opportunities for Frying Operatives to join our team in Thetford.

• The hours of work and shift patterns are 4 on 4 off.
• EITHER DAYS 05:00 - 17:00 OR NIGHTS 17:00 - 05:00.
• Trained Operatives earn £12.90 per hour + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am (£14.19).

Main Responsibilities:

As a Frying Operative with 2 Sisters, you will handle and pack food products for top retail customers within a busy chilled factory environment.

You will be required to handle raw meat that has already been butchered.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Frying Operative will have a passion for delivering customer orders while ensuring high standards of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality.

You should be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment, enjoy working at pace, and be proactive in taking action and achieving results.

Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
