Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd in Crewkerne is seeking a Skilled Operator for the Fruit PM shift (Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00). You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and packing of fruit products across the production department, operating equipment and ensuring CCP compliance and high hygiene standards.

Full training is provided; prior experience in food manufacturing is helpful. You will complete production and quality documentation, carry out manual handling tasks, and contribute to

Responsibilities

• Cook fruit in accordance with production requirements and specifications.
• Pack finished products adhering to CCPs.
• Safely stack and organize raw materials, packaging and finished products.
• Carry out manual handling and lifting duties per health and safety procedures.
• Complete and sign required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, quality and health and safety.
