Job summary

Myton Food Group seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to own the growth of the Produce Division across Morrisons and new customers, with a focus on our Fruit Packing capability. You will lead revenue and margin delivery, and drive EBITDA growth through insight-led selling.

You will spend a minimum of three days per week at Thrapston and travel to customers and prospects as needed, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and execute innovative category initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant Produce Category experience in retail-facing roles.
• Expert knowledge of retail produce categories, supply chains and launch processes.
• Track record of growth through insight-driven selling.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, margin optimization, and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a 1–3 year plan to hit revenue, profit, EBITDA and margin targets.
• Drive profitable core business and win new business to maximise fruit volumes.
• Manage senior relationships with retail customers and buyer teams.
• Lead Commercial Account Manager and guide Graduate support in Produce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure forecasting, pipeline activity and NPD/EPD delivery.
• Provide commercial strategy and market insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Deliver pricing changes to recover margin and inflation.
• Drive innovation and category partnerships for new wins.
