Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Counterbalance / Reach Truck Driver at our Hamshall depot. You will operate a counterbalance forklift to move pallets in a chilly freezer environment, with up to 7–12 high racking, and follow strict safety processes.

The role requires a Counterbalance licence and prior truck experience; Reach Truck licence is desirable with full training provided. The position includes a 06:00–18:00 shift pattern and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence and experience operating these trucks.
• Reach truck licence is desirable; full training can be given.
• Able to lift up to 18 kg and work in a freezer environment.
• Clear English communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Use a counterbalance FLT to move pallets around the warehouse.
• Place and retrieve pallets of frozen products from racking up to 7–12 pallets high.
• Operate in a -20°C freezer environment using a reach truck.
• Follow company processes and record weights and counts; adhere to safety procedures.
