Lineage Logistics in the United Kingdom is hiring a Counterbalance/Reach Truck Driver for our Hamshall depot. The role involves moving pallets in a freezer environment using counterbalance and reach trucks, with safety and accuracy in recording weights and counts.

The position offers a pay rate of £14.96 per hour plus £20 weekly shift allowance and a 06:00–18:00, 3 on/3 off shift pattern. Overtime is paid at time and a half, plus an employee referral scheme and free onsite parking.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Able to lift up to 18kg.
• Counterbalance license and experience driving these trucks.
• Reach Truck License desirable; training available.

Responsabilidades

• Use a counterbalance FLT to move pallets around the warehouse.
• Use a stand‑up reach forklift to move pallets in freezer environment to/from racking (7–12 pallets high).
• Work in a -20°C freezer environment in a closed cab reach truck.
• Follow company processes and record weight and counts; adhere to safety procedures.

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance / Reach Truck Driver to join our team located at our Hamshall depot.

Rate of pay: £14.96 per hour plus £20 a week shift allowance

Shift 06:00 - 18:00 3 on / 3 off rotation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use a counterbalance FLT to move pallets around the warehouse.
• Use a stand‑up reach forklift to move delivered pallets of frozen products to and from racking which is up to around 7-12 pallets high
• You will do this in a freezer environment -20 degrees in a closed cab reach truck
• We will also need you to closely follow company processes – including recording weight and counts of products and following safety procedures

What are we looking for?

• Someone who can lift up to 18kg
• You to be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English
• Someone with a Counterbalance license and have experience of driving these trucks.
• Reach Truck License and experience is desirable but full training can be given.
