Job summary

KFC Doncaster - Thorne Road is looking for a Team Leader to be on the floor, guiding the team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You will set the pace, lift the vibe, and actively contribute to smooth shift operations.

In this role you will coach and develop your crew, manage front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, and help the restaurant hit its targets while maintaining the brand standards and guest satisfaction.
