Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is recruiting a Social Worker for our Family Safeguarding Service. This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualified experience in frontline and assessment work.

You will be part of a team that makes statutory decisions to safeguard children, with opportunities to gain court experience and progress in the role. A valid Social Work England registration and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification required (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
• Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience in frontline and assessment work.
• Social Work England registration and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carry out frontline social work duties in child protection and referral and assessment.
• Engage with CIN/CP and Looked After Children as part of assessments.
