Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Service. The role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in frontline assessment work.

You will work within a fast-paced frontline team handling child protection, CIN, CP and LAC cases. Registration with Social Work England and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Frontline and assessment work.
• Social Work England registration is required.
• Access to own vehicle is required.
• Experience with Looked After Children (LAC) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced Frontline Team handling child protection and referral/assessment work.
• Collaborate to ensure correct outcomes for children and families.
• Engage with CIN, CP, and LAC cases as appropriate.
