DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a vigilant Monitoring Centre Specialist to join our Prestwick team on a 12-month FTC. This role focuses on monitoring, alarm categorisation, and rapid coordination with security services to protect client assets around the clock.

The position offers a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (06:00–18:00 days, 18:00–06:00 nights) and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our security solutions career path in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to quickly evaluate security incidents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and responders.
• High reliability and the capacity to work independently in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilités

• Monitor security systems to detect and analyse potential breaches.
• Categorise alarms and incidents to prioritise responses.
• Coordinate with security services for rapid incident resolution.
• Deliver proactive customer service and support to clients.
• Operate within a 24/7 shift pattern (4-on, 4-off).
