Responsibilities

• Provide frontline response to incidents, making proportionate decisions based on risk and harm.
• Collaborate with partners and communities to solve problems and build trust.
• Interact with victims, witnesses, suspects while upholding equality, diversity and human rights.
• Identify risks and take decisive action to protect individuals.
• Conduct priority and high-volume investigations with quality case files.
• Gather and act on information and evidence in line with policy and guidance.

Education

2 A levels or Level 3 equivalent / final year

PCSO development plan & probation complete

Special Constable independent patrol status

NIO with PIP1 & probation completed

2 years in public-facing role (Investigation/EMS/Prison)

Left Armed Forces in last 5 years

Full UK/EU manual driving licence
